By using ilyakazakov.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Account

You must provide a valid email to register. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Content

All art, illustrations, and content on the Site are © Ilya Kazakov unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use content commercially without written permission.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime in your profile; you retain access through the paid period. Refunds for unused points after refusal are issued automatically.

5. Commissioned work (Atelier)

Commissioned art is delivered as a digital file. Estimated delivery time is provided at order; actual times may vary. Refunds are not issued once work has begun, except as required by law.

6. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
