Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026.

These Terms govern your use of ilyakazakov.com and any purchases you make on it. By creating an account or buying anything, you accept these Terms.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by Ilya Kazakov, individual entrepreneur, SIRET 97958462000012, 26 rue Bosquet, CS 70784, 75345 Paris Cedex 07, France, mail@ilyakazakov.com. See our Legal Notice. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You need an account (created via an email sign-in link) to use most features. You must be at least 15 years old; if you are under the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian's consent is required. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including breaking the law, infringing others' rights, uploading illegal or offensive content, disrupting or reverse-engineering the site, or abusing the gamification, referral or quest systems. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Purchases

Prices are shown in euros and processed by Stripe; you authorise the charge when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions (Kitchen / Studio / Pro) renew automatically each period until cancelled; you may cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Points are purchased in advance, have no cash value and are non-refundable except where the law requires. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Commissioned art is produced to your request; timelines and revisions are described at the point of order.

5. Right of withdrawal and digital content

As a consumer in the EU you generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Exception: for subscriptions, points, donations and digital content delivered immediately, by confirming your purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Commissioned art made to your specifications is also excluded from the withdrawal right. Where the withdrawal right applies and has not been waived, contact us at mail@ilyakazakov.com within 14 days.

6. Content and intellectual property

All artwork, characters, text and branding on the site are owned by or licensed to Ilya Kazakov and protected by copyright; you may not reproduce or redistribute them beyond normal use of the site. You keep ownership of reference images and descriptions you upload, and grant us a limited licence to use them solely to provide the service you requested; you confirm you hold the rights to anything you upload. Usage rights to commissioned artwork are as described at the point of order.

7. Gamification, badges and NFTs

XP, points, badges, ranks, streaks and quest rewards are engagement features only. Unless explicitly stated, they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may change or be reset. References to NFTs reflect public on-chain data and are not an offer of financial products.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Some data may be retained as required by law (see the Privacy Policy).

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please contact us first to seek an amicable solution. As a consumer you may also use a consumer mediator free of charge ([mediator details to be completed]) and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use means you accept them.
